In general

Deprez Construct nv values your privacy. This declaration of privacy will inform you on how your data is processed within the company. This privacy policy describes which of your personal data are used, on what grounds, why they are being processed and what rights you can exercise.

Processing goals

Deprez collects and processes all data from clients and prospects for customer and order management (this includes amongst others customer administration, the follow up of orders/deliveries, billing, checking creditworthiness, after sales service and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Personal data are being processed on article 6.1 of the general data protection regulation.

Rights of the concerned party

If you want to consult, change, alter, limit or delete your data or revoke your permission, you send an e-mail without charge to info@deprez.be, provided that you include a copy of your identity card.

You can also lodge an objection against the processing of personal data in the same way and through the same channel. The same goes for when you want to put a stop to our communication. The data will be altered or deleted where (technically) possible. Your request will be handled as soon as possible. We will ensure to meet as much as your demands as possible, except if it interferes with the interests of the company or because of legal obligations. In case of a data leak which would harm your rights and the protection of your personal data, the controller will alert the authorities - and you will also be informed, if the risk of your rights and personal liberties being violated is high enough.

Transfer to a third party

The collected data will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties for commercial goals.

Your personal data will however be shared with other companies in the European Economic Area who are directly or not directly partnered with Deprez or any other partner of Deprez, but only if it is necessary for the aforementioned goals; or to meet legal obligations; or for us to carry out our agreement with you; or when it is in the legitimate interest of the company. Deprez guarantees that all recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data.

Our social media applications

We use social media applications on our website. We would like to point out that all shared personal data on these applications can be read, collected and use by other users of these applications. Deprez has little to no control over these other users and can not guarantee that all social media applications abide by this declaration of privacy.

Safety and confidentiality

Deprez has created several safety measures to ensure the safekeeping of your data in a correct and up to date manner. Specifically, we try to avoid any unauthorized access to, any publication or deleting of personal data of which we are the owner. We also try to avoid any other unauthorized processing of these data. Under no circumstances can Deprez be held responsible for any direct or indirect harm which would ensue out of a wrong or illegitimate use of personal data by a third party.

Storage period

We don’t store your data any longer than necessary to carry out our work and provide services, unless we have a legal obligation to store your data longer or because the period in which legal action can be filed is still ongoing. In any case the storage period will never be longer than ten years.

Direct marketing

The client has the right to resist all processing of their personal data intended for direct marketing without charge.

About this declaration of privacy

Our declaration of privacy can change from time to time. All alterations shall be shown on this page. The alterations will automatically go into effect after publication.
