Filling boxes with onions, drying and emptying boxes

Since all incoming onions are kept in wooden boxes and/or dried, a non-stop box-filling machine was delivered with a capacity of 90 t/h.
The closed filling unit was specially designed for onions, so including extraction. This Dutch client is one of the top European onion export packaging companies.
After 3.5 years, 218,000 boxes have been filled.

Deprez Construct then also delivered a fixed Orbiter. The boxes are delivered and removed two by two. One fork-lift truck can easily achieve a capacity of 60 T/h.
