Unique Maestro

Unique projects and customer-specific installations – that’s what we at Deprez excel at.
For a potato grower in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, we developed this 𝐌𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐗, a non-stop box filler with a capacity of 80T/h.

This one-of-a-kind Maestro can handle 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐱:
1.60 and 1.80 meters long, with three variable heights – as shown in the picture.

To achieve this high level of flexibility, we chose 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬. These ensure that full boxes are always picked up correctly and stacked with precision, no matter the size.

What makes this project extra special: This Maestro X is first used for storing seed potatoes, and later for all consumption potatoes – a combination that requires particularly careful handling.
