Automatic loading tower

To load lorries, containers and and bunkers, Deprez has a unique loading: a horizontal conveyor belt – mounted on a central tower – can rotate 360 ° and extend or retract at the same time. There is a maximum belt width of 1200 mm and length of 25 m!

As a simplified version of the ‘automatic loading tower’, a smaller model is available for filling 2 tipper containers. The loading belt turns to the left and right, and swivels 90°. To limit the height from which ‘fragile’ goods have to fall, an articulated conveyor is available as an option.

The second option is the availability of a telescopic belt. This is a handy solution in case of a limited amount of space for incorporating the belt.
