Vibrating grader

The vibrating grader grades the product by size.
The industrial type DC 6/3 has the following specifications:

Technical specifications:

• 6 screen decks with a surface area of 2000 mm x 1700 mm
• Per screen deck: 2 screens of 1000 mm x 1700 mm
• The screens can quickly be changed by means of adjustable quick-acting clamps on each screen
• 2 screen decks per crankshaft = 3 individual crankshafts in total
• 2-part ejector with separate drive
• Capacity: up to 75 tonnes/hour

Long-lasting finish:

Entire machine: blasting SA2.5 + zinc metallisation + 2 component base coat primer + 2 component coat of varnish RAL7040
Doors all made of stainless steel

Minimum maintenance:

• Fully-automatic lubrication of all main bearings and crankshafts
• Use of high-quality materials 
• Components easy to exchange
