Soil removing rollers

Before stones can be removed from the product and it can be washed, it may be necessary to remove as much loose soil, small stones, and other contaminants from the product as possible. The dirt collected can be removed dry. This will ensure that any washer is less burdened with dirt.

Each roller has its own individual drive which keeps maintenance to a minimum. The difference in speed of the rollers to a large degree determines the cleaning capacity. The roller unit is suitable for fully continuous operation and has a maximum capacity of 120 Tonnes/hour.
