Case: Buffer hopper and loading tower at Verduyn

Deprez installed a buffer hopper with a movable bottom and an integrated loading tower at Verduyn, enabling a constant product flow and efficiently absorbing peaks in supply.

The installation is equipped with an electronic weighing belt, frequency control and a conveyor belt with plastic protection, while the loading tower can rotate 350° for optimal positioning. Thanks to this solution, the supply to downstream processes is reliable, controlled and fully automatic, with minimal manual intervention.
