Potato reception and washing line

The project comprises the delivery and assembly of an entire washing line for consumer potatoes. Due to fast changes in varieties, 2 bunkers are used alternately. The potatoes first pass through a clod remover, the tops are cut off and the potatoes are destoned. The washing drum can wash both ‘wet’ and ‘dry’. A continuous weighing conveyor registers the flow and also the total net weight per batch, which is important for the quality control of the potato supplier.
